Commission rates and slabs are subject to change with prior notice. All calculations are final.

You agree to keep client information confidential.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

A R Pro Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account for violation of these terms. No claims for loss of commissions or business shall be entertained.

6. Limitation of Liability

A R Pro Digital shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

Software Failure or Bugs
Third-Party Services (server downtime, hosting issues)
Data Loss
Account Suspension

This is a software-as-a-service platform. Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages are not our responsibility.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandausi, Uttar Pradesh, where A R Pro Digital is registered.
